The Atlas Juniors Hub

The Atlas Juniors Hub is an integral part of the Atlas Juniors program — the place where academic research meets proven entrepreneurial experience. It serves as the central meeting ground for all students, connecting their company visits, group projects, and mentoring experiences into one dynamic learning journey.

Within the Hub, students engage in three interrelated layers of learning:

1. Exposure to key domains.
Students are exposed to the worlds of entrepreneurship, business management, economics, technology, and innovation. Through lectures, discussions, and encounters with leading entrepreneurs, they gain insight into the startup ecosystem, venture creation processes, and the dynamics that drive technological and economic progress.

2. Acquisition of knowledge and understanding.
Students acquire structured knowledge and understanding in essential fields such as business models, marketing, finance, leadership, investment logic, and organizational strategy. They learn how ideas evolve into ventures, how teams operate, and how decisions shape the growth and success of companies in a competitive global market.

3. Development of practical tools and strategies.
Alongside theoretical learning, students acquire practical tools and strategies for innovation and entrepreneurial thinking — including creative and critical thinking, opportunity recognition, market validation, and design thinking methodologies. They learn how to construct a compelling pitch, design effective slide decks, manage projects and time efficiently, and communicate persuasively with mentors, partners, and investors. They develop project-based solutions that address real challenges and questions emerging from the partner companies, cultivating analytical abilities, teamwork, and presentation skills while learning to think boldly and creatively.

Among the speakers and mentors who have shared their knowledge with Atlas Juniors participants are: Jimmy Wales, Founder of Wikipedia; Dr. Michael Kauffman, Founder and former CEO of the NASDAQ-listed biopharma company Karyopharm; Dr. Sharon Shacham, former Chief Scientist at Karyopharm and now an investment fund manager; Lior Akavia, Venture Partner at Viola Ventures and serial entrepreneur; Omer Keilaf, Co-Founder and CEO of Innoviz; Yariv Bash, Co-Founder of SpaceIL and CEO of Flytrex; Yossi Yamin, Founder and CEO of SpacePharma; and Lauren Guy, Founder of Asterra, among others.

The Atlas Juniors Hub is designed to inspire, connect, and empower young innovators as they take their first steps into the world of entrepreneurship — combining exposure, knowledge, and real-world practice into a unified and inspiring journey of innovation.
